java - Import a specific caption for all videos in my sequence -

i try import caption (date , time stamp) rushes in premiere pro. first, have renamed, script (written in java) i've made, videos creation dates : instance, name of video taken today : 2016-11-13_11-06-44.mp4 (yyyy-mm-dd_hh-mm-ss.mp4).

then now, wanna create subtitle file "datetime stamp" each videos (here example want create without seconds) name format of videos. knows if can directly made in premiere pro, or have create subtitle file (which extention ?) , import (for each video) in premiere ?
