jetbrains - cut off of the text in pycharm 2016 community edition -

i downloaded pycharm 2016 community edition , see whenever open setting or import settings , of text cut off u can see in picture . googled lot didn't find solution case.

can please know setting need change text clear , problem community edition or developer edition ?
