download - Magento 2 restrict product buy to specific coupon codes -

here scenario i'm trying achieve.

my website sell instrument play electronic music. comes software.

i limit software download (downloadable product) people have key or coupon find in hardware box.

i thinking import these coupons in magento2 (cart price rules) , limit checkout people have valid coupon (instead of applying discount).

is there way that?
